Tips for finding sums over 10.

  • To add a number to 9, I subtract 1 from that number and add 10.
  • To add a number greater than 2 to 8, I subtract 2 from that number and add 10.
  • To add a number greater than 3 to 7, I subtract 3 from that number and add 10.
  • To add a number greater than 4 to 6, I subtract 4 from that number and add 10.
